  • NovoTHOR Session
    NovoTHOR sessions are booked in 30 minute increments, with treatment time suggested as 8 minutes for new users and a maximum of 20 minutes for established users.  NovoTHOR pricing is as follows (CrossFit Garden City Member / Non-Member):

    • $85 / $99 unlimited use monthly
    • $25 / $29 unlimited use weekly
    • $10 / $12 individual session

    Payments will be handled by the Stripe payment processing service. We will contact you accordingly following booking your appointment.


  • Infrared Sauna Session
    Infrared Sauna sessions are booked in 60 minute increments, with usage instructions posted in the Infrared Sauna room.  Infrared Sauna pricing is as follows (CrossFit Garden City Member / Non-Member):

    • $29 / $39 per visit
    • A further $10 discount will be applied if you are a NovoTHOR unlimited member
